ABSTRACT

The study was undertaken to assess the opportunities of use of the indicators of mental efficiency, sensorimotorcoordination and psycho-emotional state as markers of bioage. Analysis of age-related trends is made on the basis ofexperimental data obtained by computer system “SOPR-monitoring” in three experiments – a longitudinal one, a crosssectionalone and a mixed one. Age-related decline in the counting productivity, reaction to the moving object, somaticstate, tone and mood was detected at both individual and group level. It is shown that indicators of performance dependheavily on individual abilities to certain activities and on professional experience.Taking into account individual trends of those indicators can significantly improve the accuracy of bioage estimation, however, it requires a sufficiently long monitoring. The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project №17-07-00528.
