Share a history of employees amounted to 28.7 %. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connectivetissue (25.1 %), respiratory diseases (21.3%) took the leading positions in the structure of morbidity. Analysis of the dynamicsof morbidity showed that in 2017 relative to 2012, the number of cases decreased in all analyzed groups of diseases:diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue-by 19.1%, respiratory diseases – by 46.5%, diseases of thecardiovascular system – by 60.6%, diseases of the digestive system-by 38.1%, tumors – by 25.0 %. Since 2016, there has beena stable downward trend in indicators for all analyzed groups of diseases. According to the evaluation scale of E. L. Notkina,in 2017, the rate of morbidity with temporary disability in cases per 100 employees corresponded to the level of “very low”.The obtained during research results and their analysis indicate that, despite the high incidence of chronic noninfectiousdiseases in the Kemerovo region, JSC “SUEK-Kuzbass” have created a fertile environment due to the low level of morbidityof workers. The conducted retrospective comparative analysis of the structure of morbidity in mine workers of all specialtiesof JSC “SUEK-Kuzbass” is recommended to optimize measures for the prevention of chronic non-infectious diseases in coalindustry workers.
