ABSTRACT

Amputation defects of the lower limbs are the cause of the formation of a number of interrelated pathological changesin the body. Along with static-dynamic disorders, leading, among other things, to a prolonged absence of an adequate load, disadaptation of various organs occurs in the body, primarily from the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, which experiencethe maximum load when locomotion is restored, which can be dangerous due to the possibility of the developmentof various types of complications. The changes require in-depth functional diagnostics with an assessment of tolerance tophysical activity, which can be carried out using a number of methods, the leading of which is electrocardiography with aload of different power, carried out in the process of carrying out manual bicycle ergometry. This method is simple, affordableand at the same time highly informative, it can also be used in cases when movement on the prosthesis is difficult orimpossible.
