ABSTRACT
The results of efficiency control of a 4-week course of out-patient cardiorehabilitation including physical trainings in patientswith a myocardial infarction provided by a spiroergometriya method in the ambulatory department of Ivanovo StateMedical Academy clinic are present in the article. The research showed that use of a spiroergometriya method in patientsafter myocardial infarction allows to define an individual aerobic threshold and corresponding to it heart rate. Physical trainingswith heart rate corresponding to an aerobic threshold leads to reliable increase in duration and power of the executedloading, increase in the maximum oxygen consumption, later transition to an anaerobic way of synthesis of energy. Thereceived results demonstrate increase the physical tolerance in patients with a myocardial infarction in particular, and improvementsof their functioning in general.
KEYWORDS: out-patient cardiorehabilitation, myocardial infarction, spiroergometriya, aerobic threshold, the maximum oxygen consumption, tolerance to an exercise stress.
