ABSTRACT

The effect of the combined use of rectal ozone insufflations and exercise in the aquatic environment against the backgroundof standard drug therapy of arterial hypertension in combination with the metabolic syndrome has been studied. It has been established that standard therapy exerting a hypotensive effect does not have a significant effect on the biochemicaland hormonal parameters of the metabolic syndrome. Addition of standard therapy with these physical factorssignificantly improves the results of treatment, which manifests itself in a more pronounced hypotensive effect, reductionof dyslipidemia, activation of enzymes of antioxidant activity, reduction of insulin resistance index, formation of adaptiveadaptivereactions. Correlation analysis confirmed the difference in the mechanisms for achieving a therapeutic effect inpatients in the control and main groups. The developed method of combined use of physical factors with drug therapy iseasy to use, has no side effects and is available to the general population.

KEYWORDS: arterial hypertension, metabolic syndrome, rectal ozone insufflations, aquaaerobic.
