РЕЗЮМЕ
This work is aimed at preventing toxic damage from concomitant pharmacological and non- pharmacological therapies. In Year 2020, along with the full toxic risk, we are also subject to risks associated with the pandemic of COVID-19, therefore, it is necessary to introduce specialists in the filed of clinical pharmacology along with the position of medical specialists in the field of medicine and/or rehabilitation and balneology in each hospital as well as in some specific rehabilitation centers and/or in any separate thermal place all around the World. These medical doctors, clinical pharmacologists, by definition, are experts in the global study of “Pharmacological and toxicological Drug and Non-drug Interactions”. Today, we also have to consider that there is the “Universal Law of DNA Dependent Collaboration”, highlighted through the studies of behavioral teratogenesis. For this last problem, we have pointed out the very important scientific discoveries of Prof. Vittorio Erspamer of the Institute of Pharmacology of the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. Vittorio Erspamer has given a big contribution to the knowledge of “intercellular communications”, and therefore to the confirmation of the “Law of Cellular and Organismic Collaboration”, with the discovery of serotonin (enteramine) and then numerous other neuromediators and peptide neuromodulators (the peptide triangle). Nowadays, we are in danger of the global toxic damage. Environmental damage to nature and the population can be prevented and combated through the periodic family detoxification (P.F.D.) which can be carried out in different ways and due to international collaboration. Thus, the thermal centers are physiologically and phylogenetically privileged places. We should also mention the Italian School of Hydroclimatology and thermalism of Rome University for the first work on "International Classification of the Mineral Wathers of the World" by Prof. Mariano Messini and Giulio Claudio di Lollo.
