Технологии m-health в реабилитации пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью

РЕЗЮМЕ
Кардиологическая реабилитация является независимым фактором снижения смертности от сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ), общей смертности, а также частоты госпитализации. Для повышения приверженности пациентов к реабилитационным мероприятиям возможно использование телемедицинских техник. Телеобслуживание(Telecare) у пациентов с сердечной недостаточностью может быть определено как мониторинг, который состоит изпередачи симптомов, признаков и/или биологических или физиологических данных из удаленного места для интерпретации данных и принятия решений. Телемониторинг включает в себя концепцию телереабилитации, котораяопределена как контролируемая дистанционная комплексная кардиореабилитация. Телереабилитация пациентовс ССЗ на дому является многообещающим решением проблемы доступности и приверженности пациентов к реабилитации. Оценивая экономическую эффективность, стоимость реабилитации, возможно, может быть уменьшенаблагодаря этому методу и его дальнейшему развитию. Задача клиницистов, участвующих в программах обученияпациентов с сердечной недостаточностью (СН), заключается в создании многоцентрового научного сотрудничества,посвященного домашней реабилитации пациентов с СН. Результаты могут позволить включить программы телереабилитации в третий этап реабилитации как альтернативу амбулаторной сердечной реабилитации.
