Formation of emotional intelligence of teenagers

ABSTRACT

Accounting for psychoemotional regulation of living ability becomes an important sup-plement for the development ofany human activity. The hypothesis of this analysis is based on the assumption that diagnosis and correction of functionalcondition of a person in stressful environment is a stable instrument of forming emotional intelligence of the personality. Forthe purpose of emotional intelligence formation we apply innovative biometric health-saving technologies, which based onmeasuring objective data, obtained by polyeffector registration of subjects psychophysiological characteristics and innovativebiometrical rapid test method in our work used in ergonomics, psychology and psychophysiology. The theoretical basisof this correction and formation method of the emotional intelligence is the concept of functional comfort. And this conceptis a generalize criterion of the functional state optimization and psychoemotional person regulation. Biological feedbackmethod has proven to be an effective way to appraisal and monitoring the energetic activation level and the level of humanintense-ness. The applying of correction psychoemotional state biometrical methods have reveled the forming affectiveand cognitive components of the psyche, which contribute formation of emotional intelligence as a basic foundation of thepersonality emotional comfort.
