The reasoning of the treatment and preventive nutrition in diseases of the musculoskeletal system

ABSTRACT

The article analyzes the main causes of the spread of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in the population, thestatistical data of the World Health Organization. On the basis of a detailed description of the structure and function of thesupport-motor apparatus are justified priority macro-and micronutrients, which should be the basic basis of modern personalizednutritional programs in diseases of the support-motor apparatus. Underestimation of the therapeutic potentialof physicians of the potential of therapeutic and preventive nutrition in patients with support-motor apparatus diseases,the expediency and the need for preventive and curative diets to complex rehabilitation programmes in diseases of thesupport-motor apparatus are shown.
