The dynamics of tolerance to physical activity in evaluating the effectiveness of programs of rehabilitation of patients with acute coronary syndrome at the outdoor stage

ABSTRACT

The article is devoted to the study of the dynamics of tolerance to physical activity of patients who have undergone aprogram of physical rehabilitation after acute coronary syndrome in a day cardiorehabilitation hospital. The results of thestudy showed that a significant part of cardiac patients before admission to the hospital had reduced exercise tolerance,there was a restriction of daily household activity, more than half of the patients had angina attacks during exercise. By theend of the course of rehabilitation in most patients significantly increased exercise tolerance, which was expressed in improvingthe subjective tolerability of physical activity, increasing the performance of stress testing, reducing the frequencyof stress-induced angina, increasing the total amount of household load performed by patients.
