Currently, the clinical characteristics of children with Legg-Calve-Perthes disease entering the sanatorium-resort treatmenthave changed significantly, the treatment time of patients in children’s specialized sanatoriums has decreased to 21days, which generally leads to a modern approach to the integral health assessment of sick children with osteochondropathyof the femoral head at the sanatorium-and-spa stage in order to substantiate differentiated approaches to the prescribedtraditionally accepted sanatorium-and-spa treatment and developing new, more effective medical technologies for this categoryof children. Integral assessment includes studies on a comprehensive assessment of children’s health, bioelectric activityand peripheral hemodynamics of the lower limb muscles, hematological, immunological and biochemical parameters, morphofunctional state of the thyroid gland and bone mineral density in children, adaptive-adaptive reactions of childrenwith OGHB L.H. Harkavi, autonomic regulation, sympathoadrenal system and psycho-emotional state.

KEYWORDS: osteochondropathy of the femoral head, orthopedic status, physical development, muscle bioelectric activity, vascular pulse volume, densitometry, synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines, autonomic regulation, sympathoadrenal system, psycho-emotional state of children.
