Selective chromotherapy in medical rehabilitation of children with bronchial asthma

ABSTRACT

Objective: scientific justification of use of the monochromatic polarized light of green range for children with bronchialasthma.Materials and methods. Influence of selective chromotherapy of a green range at 80 children with bronchial asthma onthe clinical course, bronchial passability, the vegetative and psychological status was studied.Results of a research and their discussion. Favorable dynamics of clinical symptomatology of bronchial asthma inresponse to course impact of selective chromotherapy is noted. Against the background of the carried-out therapy statisticallysignificant increase in high-speed indicators according to a computer floumetriya, mainly at the level of peripheral bronchialtubes is established, to a pikfloumetriya, a pulsoksimetriya, the psychological status, restoration of normal vegetativereactivity at most of children was observed. More significant result was observed at the children who had the increased levelof uneasiness and emotional lability. The follow-up study conducted in 12 months after a course of treatment according toquestioning revealed a resistant therapeutic effectiveness in the main group.Conclusion. Selective green spectrum chromotherapy is a non-drug technology of medical rehabilitation of childrenwith bronchial asthma, especially in children with high levels of anxiety and emotional lability.
