Principles for the appointment of aerobic physical training during outpatient cardiac rehabilitation

ABSTRACT

Cardiorehabilitation is a fundamental component of the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease in patients withacute cardiovascular disease. The article considers the main goals, components, rules of selection and control of intensityand safety of physical training programs during ambulatory cardiorehabilitation.
